Memorial Day we went out to eat for an early breakfast then made our way up a very winding, turbulent road to Hulls Gulch. The scenery was gorgeous and the hike was very enjoyable for all, even Sunny (our dog).
These are Brion's tonsils. Rather gruesome if you ask me. They were a little over an inch in diameter.
Right after Brion's Tonsilectomy, Brion says, "wow, I can actually swallow with out having to try so hard." He was very swollen after surgery but the swelling was much less of an obstruction than the tonsils. They were enormous.
We finally put some trees in to hopefully hide our stark, ostentatious home. We got an amazingly good deal on this home, however, the landscaping might drain us.
We have really enjoyed all the projects that we have had to do on our little farm. (well, almost all... putting in our fence around our back yard has not been so enjoyable, but we are almost done and do feel a sense of gratification for doing it ourselves.
I love watching Eric on his tractor. He is as happy as a boy with his favorite toy. I think what makes him really happy is that he paid cash for it and it is already starting to pay us back.

Jorgen wanted a motorcycle and He got something that sort of resembles one. He was quite thrilled with it. It is quite a bit less money than a regular motorcycle and is just right for him for now. I am not real sure what to call it, but Jorgen loves his "green machine".
